The Detail
Most CBD buildings need a booking for the service lift, a copy of our insurance, and a site induction before the first visit. We organise all of that once, then it is straightforward from then on.
For high rise exterior glass we work with rope access operators or from a building maintenance unit where one exists. We will tell you honestly which panes can be done and which cannot.
Owners in the same building often go in together on a visit, which brings the per apartment price down. Worth asking your neighbours.
