What You Get
Two things make the difference on a home: the glass itself, and everything around the glass. We do both on every visit.
We cover floors and furniture, clean the interior panes by hand, then dry the edges so there are no runs down your walls or joinery. Pets and kids are no problem, we work around them.
Exterior glass gets washed and squeegeed, with pure water poles used on anything high or awkward. Frames are wiped, sills cleared, and tracks vacuumed out so the windows slide again.
The Detail
Send your address and roughly how many windows and we will give you a firm price, usually the same day. A standard three bedroom home is typically $180 to $280 for outside only, or $280 to $450 inside and out, and most are a half day for a two person crew.
We turn up in the window we agreed, we do the outside first so the glass has time to settle, then work through the inside room by room. Nothing is moved without asking.
If a pane is scratched, a seal has failed, or a frame is rotting, we tell you before we start rather than after. We are not going to charge you to clean glass that will not come clean.
