Auckland Window Cleaning collects the information you enter into our quote form: your name, phone number, email address, property address and job description. We also record which page the enquiry was sent from.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We use your details to prepare a quote, arrange the work, contact you about the job, and invoice you afterwards.

We may contact you about a follow up clean if you have used our service before. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Your information is seen by our own team and by the service providers that host our website and store our enquiry records on our behalf.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We may disclose information where we are required to by New Zealand law.

Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for quoting and servicing your property, and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. After that they are deleted.

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access controlled database. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
