Yes. Most of our retail work is done before trading hours, and offices are usually done early morning or after close of business. The schedule is set when we quote and it stays put.

Yes. Regular commercial customers are invoiced monthly on the 20th, with insurance certificates and health and safety paperwork available on request.

Will we get the same people each visit?

Yes. We are a small employed crew with no subcontractors, so the same people do your site each cycle and know it.
