High internal glass usually goes years between cleans because it is genuinely hard to get at. Getting the access method right is what makes it a routine job instead of a project.
Extension pole systems reach most residential internal heights from floor level, with floor protection down the whole time. Where poles cannot reach, we bring a narrow platform that fits through a doorway.
Foyers, atriums and stairwell glazing in offices, schools and retail. Usually done after hours so we are not working over the top of staff or customers.
The Detail
We measure the height and check the floor below before quoting. Carpeted stair voids, tiled floors and uneven landings all change what equipment can be used.
Water fed poles are used sparingly indoors. Most internal height work is done with dry pole systems and microfibre so there is no water running down your walls.
If the only safe way to reach a pane is scaffolding, we will say so and price it honestly rather than improvising on ladders.
